What is Cleaning for a reason?
Cleaning for a Reason offers free home cleaning to those bravely fighting cancer. When life at home becomes challenging due to illness, our caring team of residential cleaners, volunteers from the cleaning industry, and compassionate community members come together to provide comfort and support to both patients and their families.
Why are we giving away free cleaning?
At Better Cleaning LLC, our mission is simple: “Make Lives Better, In All That We Do.” We understand that facing health challenges can be overwhelming, and we want to help lighten the load. By offering free cleaning services, we aim to take away some of the stress, allowing individuals to spend more precious time with their families and loved ones. Life is too short to be spent worrying about cleaning—let us take care of that for you.

Debbie Sardone, founder of Cleaning for a Reason and owner of Texas-based Buckets & Bows Maid Service, had the idea to start the nonprofit while speaking with a prospective residential cleaning client. The woman told Debbie she wouldn’t be able to afford home cleaning as she was undergoing cancer treatment. In that instant, Debbie decided that no one undergoing cancer treatment would ever be turned away by her business. In fact, they would be offered a free home cleaning service!
